The Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment of personnel, maintenance of employee records, administration of employee benefits and coordination of same with State and Federal laws, negotiating and administration of union contracts, and administration of the City's employee safety program. The Human Resources Department also serves as the administrative support for the Bowling Green Civil Service Commission.
