  • Additions or Alterations to Existing Structures (Including Decks): $25
  • Change Pitch of Roof: $25
  • Change-In-Use: $25
  • Commercial, Institutional, Industrial (New):
    • $100 up to 5,000 square feet (New)
    • $25 per each additional 1,000 square feet or less than 5,000 square feet add $25 for each 1,000 square feet portion thereof
    • Additions to existing: $25 for each 500 square feet or portions thereof
  • Construction Plan Review: $150
  • Fences: $25 (effective 1 March 2006: all replacement fences require new permit)
  • Final Plat: $300 plus $3 per acre
  • Going-Out-of-Business: $50
  • Home Occupation: $25
  • Multiple-Family Dwellings: $100 plus $10 per dwelling unit
  • Parcel Consolidation and Reconfiguration: $50
  • Planned Overlay District: $200 plus $3 per acre
  • Preliminary Drawing: $300 plus $3 per acre
  • Re-Zoning: $300
  • S-District Site Plan: $300
  • Signs (Permanent): $50 (effective 1 March 2006 change in sign face requires new permit)
