Zoning Code

Section 150.60 of the City’s Zoning Code, effective July 12, 2023, regulates occupancy based on the number of bedrooms in a dwelling unit.

§ 150.60 ONE-UNIT DWELLING, TWO-UNIT DWELLING, OR MULTIPLE-UNIT DWELLING.

   (A)   Within each dwelling unit in a one- unit dwelling, a two-unit dwelling, or a multiple-dwelling unit, occupancy is limited according to the following table:
