Citizen Outreach Program (COP)
The Citizen Outreach Program is designed to engage community members on a personal level, create an opportunity for dialogue and build trust. This program, coupled with the Police Liaison to Communities of Color and engagement with citizen groups, is designed to build positive relationships and transparency.

Drug Take-Back Initiative
When citizens utilize the drop boxes to turn in pharmaceuticals, no documentation is required by the citizen or by agency personnel.

EZ+ Program
In early 1998 Eric Zimmerman's family established a memorial fund with all donations going to the Bowling Green Police Division D.A.R.E. program.

Golf Cart & Under Speed Vehicle Inspection Program
Ohio Law allows a municipality to authorize licensing and operation of golf carts and under speed vehicles (USV) within the corporate limits of the municipality as long as equipment standards are met on each vehicle.

Safety Town is a Bowling Green Parks and Recreation program that runs during the summer.

The Bowling Green Police Division offers the Stranger Danger talk upon request.

Victims Advocacy
The Bowling Green Police Division (BGPD), in cooperation with local victims services agencies in Wood County, provides for contact with victims advocates onsite at BGPD or offsite at cooperating agency locations.
