Online Registration

Establishing a Webtrac Account/Logging In

  1. Visit our Online Registration.
  2. Click Sign In/Register at the top right-hand corner of the page.
  3. If you already have an account please use your username and password to log in. If this is your first time registering for our programs click "Don't have an account? Sign Up Now" and a username and password will be emailed to you.
  4. Be sure to update your Account each year by going to My Account and clicking "Household & Member". 
  5. Now you are ready to Register for programs for your whole family!

***As of April 27th 2022, an annual Head of Household Form is no longer required to be submitted before registering.***

Shopping for Classes

Shop by Session Number

Once you have logged in to the system, you are ready to begin shopping for classes. Begin by clicking the SHOP link then ENROLL BY SESSION NUMBER

If you know the activity registration number you wish to register for, enter it in the box along with the section information (for example, 530636-24 Tai Chi)

Once you have selected the class you wish to enroll select the appropriate family member to enroll in the class. You can also click the activity number on the class list to sign up or just look up the actual class name on the list.

Shop by Activity Listing

You can also view all of our classes and register for them by clicking on the activity session number. Click the SHOP link, then ENROLL BY ACTIVITY LISTING.

Shop by Activity Pictures

You may also register by clicking on the activity picture for a listing of classes in that activity group. Please help us track our marketing efforts by entering how you heard about the class.

Adding Activities to Your Shopping Cart

Click the ADD TO CART link to add the class to your shopping cart

After clicking the ADD TO CART link, a statement regarding our refund policy and a RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE will appear. Read through the information carefully and click the appropriate button at the bottom of the page. By clicking the "Yes, I Agree" button, the registration process will be complete. If you click the, "No, I do not" button, the class will not be added to your shopping cart

A message will then appear stating you have been added in the class. You will also be asked if you would like to enroll in other classes. You may continue registering for classes following the same information from above

Checking out

You must proceed to checkout to complete the transaction or you will not be registered for the class. You may either click the CHECKOUT link or if you are viewing your Shopping Cart, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT link

The Shopping Cart will display all the classes you selected. If you are satisfied, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT link

Enter your 16-digit credit card number with no spaces or dashes, and then enter your 4-digit expiration date (i.e. 0506 for May 2006)

Review your billing information and click on the GO button to begin the payment authorization process. Please be patient! Clicking the GO button more than once may result in you being charged multiple times

Once the payment is authorized, your receipt will appear in your browser. You can print (printer icon) and/or save (disk icon) your receipt for your records

Once you have closed the receipt, your transaction is complete. At this point, you may select from three options:
